STAY WITH CONFIDENCE-OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

The health and safety of both our guests as well as our employees has always been our highest priority. Therefore at Athens Hill Luxury Apartments, in line with the Greek Government protocols, health authorities and the World Health Organization guidelines we ensure our guests can enjoy a safe stay and our employees can carry out their job in a safe environment. 

GENERAL PRACTICES
Upon check in, our staff will be keeping the necessary physical distancing.
Public areas of the hotel are equipped with sanitizing stations and are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly on a daily basis.
Hand sanitizer is be available at the reception desk
Floor markings, where required, to ensure guests and employees respect social distancing 
Guests are kindly requested to wear a face mask in public indoor areas of the property.
Complimentary masks are available at front desk, on request.
 
STAFF
Our staff is trained to carefully follow all hygiene protocols and will be wearing the necessary personal protective equipment (masks and gloves) as required by the health and safety protocols.
All employees will be temperature screened upon arrival at work to ensure they are in good health.  
In addition to training on housekeeping and hygiene protocols, hotel associates and third-party partners are chosen carefully and completing enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.

HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping follows enhanced practices for cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces.
Our housekeepers enter your apartment only at your absence and wearing the necessary protective equipment. 
Rooms will be cleaned every two days along with change of linen and towels. 
Should you require reduced cleaning frequency please inform us upon your arrival.
Property linens are washed on high temperatures for optimal disinfection 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Please note that check-in/check-out hours will be extended in order for your apartment to be thoroughly cleaned. Therefore, check-in starts from 15:00 while check-out is until 11:00.
Online check in is available prior to your arrival through pre-check in email

Your health & safety
At Athens Hill Luxury Apartments, we constantly try to make sure all regulations and protocols are followed in order to provide a safe environment for our guests and staff. 
Random temperature checks may take place at the reception area during your stay
In case a guest is suspected with Covid-19 we will follow the Action Plan as per the legislation of the Hellenic Ministry of Health.


Disclaimer: At Athens Hill Luxury Apartments, we are continuously monitoring the development of the COVID-19 outbreak and have set the well-being and safety of our staff and guests as our top priority. We fully comply with the guidelines of the competent health authorities and implement all necessary preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Guests are requested to take self-protective measures and adhere to the covid-19 relevant house-rules to minimize any exposure to the virus. When travelling, guests acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and the risk of exposure or infection by COVID-19. Athens Hill does not accept any liability and guests agree to withhold the property from any claims of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

Illness management & Testing:  For your safety we reserve the right to ask for COVID-19 diagnostic testing, upon arrival or during your stay, according to sampling plan or if contagious disease symptoms appear. In cases where sickness occurs during the stay, please notify the Front Desk staff. A specialized health care professional will attend you. In the case of serious sickness, you may be requested to receive appropriate health care from a nearby healthcare facility. During epidemics, we are entitled to employ precautionary measures within our judgment or as required by the set protocol of the local authorities.

Personal data: Athens Hill has developed a personal data protection policy according to EU GDPR, which includes all personal data collection and handling in order to comply with COVID-19 prevention of spread legislation and public health guidelines of the Greek Authorities
